For agents

Agent referrals

Every agent on Exclusivo has a referral link. When an agency you referred publishes its first property experience, the referral qualifies and a reward is recorded against both of you.

How it works

  1. You share your link

Every agent has one permanent referral code and the link that carries it. It is yours, it does not rotate, and it works spoken aloud as well as pasted — the code is matched without regard to capitalisation.

  2. They sign up through it

The attribution is recorded on the server when the account is created, not in the browser and not from anything the new agent has to remember to type. If they sign up and never create an agency, the attribution simply lapses.

  3. Their agency publishes its first property experience

That is the qualifying event, and it is deliberately a piece of real work rather than a signature or a trial. A referral that never reaches it expires rather than lingering.

  4. The reward is recorded against both of you

Both sides accrue on qualification, and the amounts are held in a ledger. There is a review window in which a qualification can be disputed before it is approved.

What you will see against each referral

Your referrals screen shows every person who signed up through your link and where each one has reached.

Signed up
They created an account through your link.
Qualified
Their agency published its first property experience.
Approved
The review window closed and the reward stands.
Expired
The window passed without an agency being created.
Not eligible
The referral was found not to be eligible.
Reversed
An approved referral was undone afterwards.

What is not built yet

Rewards accrue and are recorded. Spending them is not built. The balance is held against your agency until rewards can be spent, and nothing on this page should be read as an amount you can withdraw today.
